About Marty

"I always dreamed of owning a restaurant. I started in a local kitchen, fell in love with the fast-paced environment, and worked under renowned chefs.

I also travelled the world, cooking in exotic places. Finally, I became a head chef, gaining skills that led me to start The Street Kitchen."

Boss Man/Restaurant Owner and Head Chef

Everything from the design of the kitchen, colour scheme, dishes & mini figurines (you’ll have to visit us to understand) is all Marty’s own vision and ideas. I guess you could say he’s more than just a good cook.

Aisling McAdam

AKA the Real Boss

Aisling is Marty’s wife but another familiar face around TSK. Aisling helps us out most weekends when she can. Aisling is more the organiser behind Marty’s brilliant yet ‘scatty’ brain.

Rebecca Forde

Sous Chef

With over a decade experience in the industry she is another valued team member. Cool as a cucumber, you’ll never see our Rebecca under pressure. The architect of some of our best selling specials & Marty's right hand woman! As well as being a highly accomplished chef she’s the absolute queen of all things cakes, cupcakes & pasties.
