About Marty

"I always dreamed of owning a restaurant. I started in a local kitchen, fell in love with the fast-paced environment, and worked under renowned chefs.

I also travelled the world, cooking in exotic places. Finally, I became a head chef, gaining skills that led me to start The Street Kitchen."

Marty McAdam

Boss Man/Restaurant Owner and Head Chef

Everything from the design of the kitchen, colour scheme, dishes & mini figurines (you’ll have to visit us to understand) is all Marty’s own vision and ideas. I guess you could say he’s more than just a good cook.

Aisling McAdam

AKA the Real Boss

Aisling is Marty’s wife but another familiar face around TSK. Aisling helps us out most weekends when she can. Aisling is more the organiser behind Marty’s brilliant yet ‘scatty’ brain.

Jamie Lee Boyd

Restaurant Manager/Marty’s Right Hand Man

Lets face it, nothing would get done around TSK without Jamie Lee keeping things in line. Jamie Lee has been with us since the doors opened back in 2021 and he has been from day one such a valued and important member of team TSK. A coffee & cocktail artist. Our regulars would agree, the place just wouldn’t be the same without him.

Rebecca Forde

Sous Chef

With over a decade experience in the industry she is another valued team member. Cool as a cucumber, you’ll never see our Rebecca under pressure. The architect of some of our best selling specials & Marty's right hand woman! As well as being a highly accomplished chef she’s the absolute queen of all things cakes, cupcakes & pasties.

Tara McDonagh

Floor Staff

Tara came to help out Marty, as one of his oldest friends and quickly became part of the furniture. Tara comes with years of experience in hospitality and her attention to detail and her down to Earth personality are invaluable to team TSK.

Adam Doherty

Commis Chef

Our newest member of the team, Adam joined us as a Commis chef. With years in the industry finally taking the jump to becoming a chef. Adam has a real passion and willingness to learn. He’s a delight to have around and a friendly face behind the pass & always full of chat if you're lucky enough to sit on our chefs counter.

We are so lucky to have so many brilliant staff members such as Nadine, Claire, Rory, Roisin & Dave! They have pulled us out of more holes & while juggling their own jobs come and help us out when they can.
