From a young age I have always dreamed about opening my own restaurant, and as I am writing this it still feels like a dream to finally call myself a restaurant owner. My love affair with kitchens and food began when doing my work experince through school with a local restaurant Francos. From that moment I felt at home with the fast paced, foul mouthed environment and knew the kitchen was where I wanted to be. I have had the pleasure of working under some of the best chefs in the country and across the world. When taking the leap into the Michelin star world I moved to Edingburgh to work for the legend that is Tom Kitchin. Although it was not a long stint I will never forget the skills I learned under Tom and it gave me a clear vision of the chef I wanted to be. On my return to Ireland I was invited to work alongside the main man Neven Maguire in Macnean house. Neven's restaurant is one of a kind and I have yet to work in one like it. I was privileged to be appointed the sous chef role and worked under head chef Glen Wheeler who is still a great friend of mine to this day. After 4 years with Neven, I found myself looking for a new adventure. I travelled across the globe and cooked in some of the most beautiful destinations in the world including Australia, Thailand and Dubai. I returned to the emerald isle but not for long as I continued my career as a chef working on a private yacht sailing the mediterranean and Indian Ocean.
On returning home to Enniskillen for good, I was offered my first head chef job where I learnt the skills that gave me the push to start this venture on my own. The best is definitely yet to come with The Street Kitchen and Paget Lane.

When we first opened our doors we had 2 separate menus for brunch and lunch and served them at different times of the day. After some consideration and feedback from our lovely customers we decided to scratch this and merge both our menus together and run them all day long. So now not only will you find all your brunchy faves like eggs benedict, pancakes and boxty on the menu but you'll also be glad to see tacos, bao buns and kebabs featured there too. So no matter what time of the day, when a craving strikes for French toast or a bowl of risotto balls.. We got you. Theres no need to book, walk in and see us- if you have to wait a short while for a table, trust us.. its worth it!
Paget Lane boasts a tasting menu of 15 courses in one sitting. Our menu will will prominently focus on modern Irish cuisine served in a unique and relaxed environment. Marty, our head chef and owner, is very passionate about sustainability so very little of the animal or vegetable that is used will go to waste. Paget Lane Reservations
To make a reservation in Paget Lane please fill give us a call, email, DM on social media or use the chat forum here. Include your name, contact number and party size along with the preferred date in your enquiry.
Your dining experience will be pre-paid for all guests before you dine with us, a member of the team will contact you 7-14 days prior to your reservation.
Our extensive tasting menu is £70pp with an optional wine pairing costing £40pp. Unfortunately at this time we cannot cater for any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, the menu is set and cannot be altered.
All drinks or wine pairing can be paid for on the night. We hold a strict 72 hour cancellation policy on all bookings made for Paget Lane. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
